(408) 736-3725 at least 6 months in advance of your desired wedding date.


If you have been married to anyone, other than your current fiancée/fiancé, in the past even if only by a civil marriage, and divorced, please make an appointment with one of the priests first.

If you have NEVER been married with another person by a civil or religious wedding, you will need the following to begin the process:

1.  An ORIGINAL Baptismal certificate NEWLY REQUESTED from where you were baptized WITH "notations" for marriage.  We will not accept copies, faxed, or e-mailed documents.  The original document must be less than 6 months old.  We will keep the originals.

2.  If you are already in a civil marriage with your fianceé/fiancé, you must bring an ORIGINAL marriage certificate, of which we will keep a copy.

3. Once you have those documents in hand, call the parish office to make an appointment with one of our priests.  You will both need to attend this appointment.

4.  The DATE for the wedding will not be set until after you have met with and been interviewed by the priest.
